Fast-moving consumer goods traditionally lack a direct connection with their loyal consumers. Lambi has tackled the issue with an ongoing loyalty program, where consumers receive points for buying Lambi products. Points are collected by entering unique codes on the program website.

The program has been implemented in 14 countries and the user base is growing steadily. Lambi engages with its consumers also with emails, sms, and surveys. Consumers actively participate in deciding on new product and package designs.
